Large retail pharmacy chains like CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid have a big presence in Greater Boston, but many local independent pharmacies are still doing well. There are many reasons why people go to independent pharmacies for their health care needs, but the most important one is customer service. Local pharmacy stores are often owned and operated by pharmacists from their own communities. They have personal relationships with the people that they serve. The Company is a family-owned and operated community pharmacy services provider in Greater Boston. Father, Ramzi Dinno, and sons, Saad and Raied, are all registered pharmacists with strong ties to their local communities. The family operates three independent pharmacies, Acton Pharmacy, Keyes Drug in Newton and West Concord Pharmacy. Monthly health care events are held in Acton and Newton, and Saad hosts a monthly cable-access show on general health and wellness topics called “A Healthier You.”

The pharmacy stores provide not only prescriptions, but also compounded medications and other specialty items such as medical supplies, homeopathic remedies, and a full line of vitamins and vaccines. Digital Marketing for the Pharmacies

The Company originally had separate websites for Acton Pharmacy, West Concord Pharmacy and Keyes Drug. These are now combined into one website under dinnohealth.com with separate pages for each pharmacy and a set of new pages for the medical compounding services. A modern mobile-responsive design was used and conversion forms were implemented on all key landing pages of the website.  We performed detailed keyword research and on-page SEO has been done on relevant pages.

In addition, monthly blog posts will be written and syndicated to a home and family blog on WordPress, a healthy living blog on Blogger, a housekeeping blog on Medium, and a family life blog on Weebly, thereby building links to the website. The Google My Business listings of the three pharmacy stores will be optimized and weekly posts will be published.

Each pharmacy also has its own social media site on Facebook and Twitter with postings daily. Monthly newsletters which are focused on announcing health-related events at the pharmacies will also include links to help drive traffic to the website.

We will monitor the pharmacies’ web visibility progress every month, including rankings, organic traffic, and website conversions. The objective is to increase website traffic, drive more visitors to the stores and increase attendance at the pharmacies’ events.
